Refunds/Returns

If you are ever unsatisfied with an order, please reach out to us immediately via email hello@lilahbloomjewelry.com or click the contact tab and we will do whatever we can to make it right! Returns will be accepted within 15 days of receipt, less the cost of shipping.  Refunds will be applied once the return has been received.  This does not apply to custom orders unfortunately, as you will be asked to approve an order before the final baking process is complete.
